The required quality policy is in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard and includes:

• Meeting legal requirements and satisfying the explicit and implicit demands, requirements, and expectations of our customers, by evaluating and implementing this requirement.
• Disseminating the quality objectives and criteria at all levels of our structure.
• Implementing quality indicators and monitoring the progress level of the implemented processes according to our strategic planning, in a way that allows us to offer the desired quality level to our customer.
• Being respectful to the environment, minimizing pollution and waste production to conserve resources.
• Ensuring optimal working conditions by assessing the risks that may occur in processes, always eliminating them when possible and reducing those evaluated.
• Developing continuous training programs aimed at better qualifying our workers, thus involving all personnel in achieving all established objectives.
• Consolidating the continuous improvement process in fulfilling all activities carried out in our company.
• Promoting and achieving a motivating environment for all members of our company.

The company’s management, consistent with the responsibility it assumes, provides the necessary resources to fulfill this policy.

The policy is kept up to date through periodic reviews, coinciding with quality system reviews. This review evaluates opportunities for system and process control improvements and identifies the need for changes in the quality system, policy, or quality objectives.
